This online yoga class is a blend of alignment-based yoga poses and nervous system regulation tools. You will leave class feeling strong, flexible, focused, and at ease. Dorie gives live verbal encouragement and adjustments so you feel supported. Suitable for all levels and kids over 8 years old.

Day: Saturdays
Time: 10-11:15am CST
Cost: $20 paid by clicking purchase
OR
pay what you can via Venmo to (@Dorie-Silverman) or Zelle (dorie@doriesilverman.com).

If you submit via Venmo or Zelle, email dorie@doriesilverman.com and you’ll receive the info for the class within 45 mins of class time.

If you purchase on the website, you will receive a link to a pdf with all of the info for the class in 2 places.

What to have handy: A yoga mat, water bottle, and anything else you need to be comfortable. Other helpful tools, but not necessary, are yoga blocks, blankets and straps to use as props. Wear comfy clothes

Please log in at least 5 mins before class time to get your camera set up. Check your monitor to make sure that you can see your whole body and your yoga mat when you’re standing on your mat. If it’s possible in your space, the horizontal placement of your mat to the camera is best.

When you feel anxious, overwhelmed, depressed or stuck, there is stress energy trapped in your nervous system. This is what we call Trauma.

Anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck are a part of life but they do not need to tax your body or get stuck in your nervous system causing you to live with these difficult emotions for long periods of time.

This introductory workshop will teach you where the nervous system is, how it works, and how to shift patterns of feeling stuck, anxious, and depressed by digesting your emotions.  Most importantly, you will learn valuable skills that you can use right now to shift from feeling anxious and depressed to enjoying more of your life and feeling empowered to digest hard emotions as they arise.

Join me in this experiential and introductory workshop where you will:

  • Nervous System Capacity

  • The Life Cycle of Emotions

  • Practice & Uncover, at least two, tools that work for your body and mind that you can start integrating into your life TODAY
